Replacement Policy

At Shakya Tran Anh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Replacement:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Request must be made within 5 days of delivery.
• Provide photo/video proof of the issue.
• We may deny a request if the item appears used or tampered with.
